About This Project

Initiative: Understanding the vital role that moms play in each household, especially during the pandemic, Pickering Town Centre (PTC) wanted to celebrate all moms on Mother’s Day and give her the recognition she deserves.

Objective: To creative positive engagement on PTC’s Facebook and Instagram accounts, increase social following and promote the 3 participating restaurants providing the prizes for mom.

Scope: DRH Group ran a social media contest that had the target market share why their mom is a hero to them for a chance to win 1 of 3 Mother’s Day prize packs valued at $100 courtesy of East Side Mario’s, the Pickle Barrel and Moxie’s Grill & Bar.

Results: Given the campaign was organic and not a paid one, fantastic results were achieved in a short period of time including thousands of Facebook and Instagram impressions and accounts reached, in addition to a significant number of engagements.
